Order Processing

We start processing orders within 1-2 business days after an order is successfully placed on our website. Processing involves verifying payment, ensuring product availability, preparing items for shipment, and determining the best delivery solution based on the items, destination, and requested timeframe.

After an order starts processing, you will receive an order confirmation email with your anticipated delivery date and tracking number if applicable. The delivery date shown accounts for processing time as well as in-transit time.

For credit card purchases, we do not charge your card until after your order has shipped. For PayPal purchases, payment is processed at the time of checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

United States (Domestic)

Ground Shipping

The majority of orders are fulfilled via ground shipping through USPS or UPS. Transit time for ground packages is typically 3-7 business days from the ship date. Ground shipping rates start at $5.95 and vary based on order value.

2-Day Shipping

We offer expedited 2-day shipping on most items for $15.95 in the contiguous US. Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST to qualify for 2-day delivery. Weekends and holidays do not count as transit days. Some products are ineligible for 2-day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or other factors.

Next Day Shipping

For an additional fee of $25.95, we can upgrade your order to next day shipping for delivery by the end of the next business day if ordered before 2 PM EST. Next day delivery is only available for orders shipping to a business address (no residential areas). Some products cannot be shipped overnight due to logistics constraints.

US Territories

We ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Delivery times are slower than the contiguous US and final delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location. Taxes, duties, and customs brokerage fees may apply for territories and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

APO/FPO Military Addresses

We proudly ship to APO/FPO military addresses worldwide with delivery times between 1-3 weeks. Military personnel receive discounted domestic shipping rates. Customs forms are required.


Orders shipped to Canada typically take 6-10 business days for delivery with Canada Post. Taxes, duties, and customs brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the purchaser’s responsibility.


Europe – Orders shipped to Europe usually arrive within 5-7 business days with carriers like DHL Express.

Australia/New Zealand – Estimated delivery to Australia and New Zealand is 5-7 business days with USPS Priority or DHL Express.

Asia – Shipments sent to Asia take an average of a week in transit depending on exact destination. We leverage trusted carriers with strong networks across the region.

Mexico & Latin America – Orders shipped to addresses in Mexico and Latin American regions require 7-14 days on average with USPS or DHL.

Middle East – Products sent to the Middle East have an average delivery timeline of 6-8 business days through USPS or DHL.

Africa – Packages sent to countries in Africa typically take 6-10 business days for delivery through USPS.

For all international shipments, any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient to the courier or customs broker upon delivery. Delivery timelines for international shipments are estimates only and delays may occur due to customs clearance processes or other factors out of our control. International delivery speeds also vary significantly by country.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers for your package(s) are provided in your order confirmation email once shipment occurs. You can also find tracking numbers by logging into your account. Enter the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to follow your delivery status.

Shipments within the United States have full visibility into location updates while international tracking visibility can vary. If your order does not have regular scans or seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, reach out to us so we can investigate on your behalf.

Shipping Insurance

We insure every package we send to cover loss or physical damage. Our insurance protects the value of merchandise up to $100 automatically. If your order value exceeds this threshold, consider adding expanded protection during checkout which covers up to $5,000 per package.

Pickup Instead of Delivery

If you prefer to pick up your Soko Glam order instead of receiving home delivery, simply select the “Pickup at Carrier Facility” option if shown during checkout and enter the preferred pickup point location near you. Once available at the pickup point, you will be notified via email and/or text message depending on carrier. Most orders can be picked up 1-5 business days after we process the shipment. Photo ID is required upon pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your Soko Glam purchase for any reason, you can return products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our complete Returns & Exchanges Policy for step-by-step instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in original condition with all tags and seals intact. We also kindly ask that you ship returns back to us within 2 weeks of initiating the process to expedite processing on our end.

For exchanges, please place a new order for the replacement item(s). Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international orders vary widely by country and are dependent on the type of products ordered, declared value, and other factors. As the recipient, you are responsible for all fees charged by customs and tax authorities in your country. Please check with your local customs office to understand requirements and costs.

As part of the delivery process, our international shipping partners provide paperwork to clear packages through customs efficiently based on the information collected at checkout. However, we have no control over whether duties or taxes apply and do not have oversight into how customs determines value for assessment purposes.

If import fees exceed your expectations, unfortunately Soko Glam has no ability to adjust or reimburse these government-mandated charges. Any disputes related to duties & import taxes would need to be taken up directly with your country’s customs department.

Delivery Issues & Replacement Policy

Sometimes unavoidable delivery issues can occur or orders may show up damaged due to mishandling in transit. If you receive an incomplete order, notice missing items or malfunctioning products, or identify external damage to the shipping box or product packaging, take the following steps:

  1. Accept the package at delivery to begin the claims process for loss or damage. Refusing a damaged parcel unfortunately delays the process significantly.
  2. Take photos of any external box damage or damage to the contained products before anything is moved around. Capture as many angles as possible.
  3. Contact Soko Glam customer experience within 48 hours of delivery with details of the issue for replacement eligibility assessment.
  4. Hold onto all product packaging materials until the claim is finalized in case return shipment is required by the carrier.

Once you provide us with the necessary information, we will determine if a replacement order can be sent based on the specifics of what occurred. In some situations, the carrier may request the damaged item be sent back for inspection before approving a payout. Our goal is always to take care of customers in a fair, cost-effective way.
